I’m not one to sit still—body or mind. Movement feeds every part of my life, from how work I create to how I spend my free time. You’ll find me outside walking and hiking the trails around me, learning through consuming mass amounts of books and podcasts, riding bikes with my son, or chanting and cheering on the mighty PTFC.
